[NMCCSC] Sandia Crest Conditions Tuesday Jan 3rd

Assuming there is still good snow... I have to drop a friend at ABQ on 1/14 at 5 am so was thinking of headed to Sandia for a ski. I'm in Santa Fe so an opportunity to be @ Sandia makes sense and this route sounds pretty great. Anybody want to pencil in an early morning ski? (say 6 or 6:30 am).

I have AT and backcountry XC skiis so can do either. Of course we'd circle back around on the 13th (at least).

Happy New Year and yay for all this snow!

There were one or two rocks barely visible on Rocky PT and Gravel Pit to be avoided. The road was getting more snow packed around 2 today as it was snowing. There was a plow on the road though it was stuck on one of the hair pin turns.
