[NMCCSC] Afternoon Sandia Conditions

Great xc skiing.  Met only 1 other xc skier, 2 snow shoers. Elias parking
lot not plowed. Road plowed and treated. Approximately 4 inches new snow as
of 3pm. Temperature 25 F.  Periodic snow squalls. Snow level at Doc Long on
up. Cold front and snow forecast tonight. Dave Williams
