[NMCCSC] to add to Mike Meier's post

Thank you Mike for posting that good news. It got me to think to add 
something. This weekend I hiked the nearby (to Coyote Call) Upper 
Frijoles Overlook trail. That's the one with the trailhead across the 
road from the Cerro Grande trailhead. Those loop trails are most used 
for XC skiing and snowshoeing. My news is that trail clearing has been 
done and is thorough. There were quite a few very large fallen trees, 
now all cut and cleared from the trail.
