[NMCCSC] PICNIC! PICNIC! PICNIC!

Okay, I know I said my last email was it, but just in case you have been
planning on attending the picnic or were undecided up to this point and
haven't RSVP'd yet, please do it now.  This is our annual picnic.  It always
gets rave reviews.  And as always, the club will provide hamburgers, veggie
burgers, hot dogs and non-alcoholic beverages, but we have to have a pretty
good idea of how many club members will attend before we can do the
necessary shopping.  So please let me know if you are planning to attend and
if you want a hamburger, hot dog or veggie burger and how many of each.
Remember they are free but please bring a side to share and an adult
beverage if you wish.

 

Also please let me know if you can help with the shopping, setting up,
greeting people, 

BBQing and/or cleaning up, and we also need one more gas grill.  If
transportation of the grill is a problem contact me.

 

I am looking forward to seeing you at the picnic.
