[NMCCSC] NM Ski Club Annual Picnic, Sunday September 15th 2024

SAVE THE DATE:
Greetings New Mexico Cross Country Skiers, our annual picnic will be held on Sunday September 15th from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.  Again this year, we will be using the Locust Site in the Oak Flats Picnic area just off of NM Highway 337.
Looking forward to seeing everyone so mark the date on your calendar now!
The Club will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, and non-alcoholic beverages.  Please bring a side to share with the group. If you wish, BYOB or whatever you prefer. The Club will provide ice and cups.
Max is unable to lead the picnic this year.  Since I am a first timer coordinating this year's event, I need lots of help.  Anyone willing to volunteer to help set up, clean up, cook and shop, that would be wonderful.  Also, we need one more gas grill. Is anybody able to help with that?
