[NMCCSC] Ski Club Picnic!! Sept 15th!

Hello XC Skiers,

It is getting closer!  Our summer picnic is still 30 days away, but it will be here before you know it. It's time to firm up your plans to attend.  It is scheduled for September 15th  from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
We will be using the same venue as last year (Locust Site at the Oak Flats picnic ground on South Highway 14 in the Manzano Mountains).  Again, this year the Club will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, and non-alcoholic beverages.  To make sure we have enough I need to know how many of the Club members are planning on attending.
So please, please let me know by the end of this month (please reply only to Steve Gendron at gendrons at msn.com<mailto:gendrons at msn.com>)  if you are planning on coming.  Also, I'll need to know if you will want a  hamburger, hot dog or veggie burger and how many of each. The burgers, dogs and nonalcoholic drinks will be provided by the Club, but please bring a side dish that can be shared.
A member has offered her gas grill, I just need help getting it to the site and back. I have also had a few members volunteer to help set up, cook and clean up.  We can always use more.  Let me know if you are willing to help and in any capacity.
