[NMCCSC] Crest Hiway This Morning

Scott Dietrich of Sandia Nordic spoke with NMDOT and a contractor this
morning.  Their plan is to plow the road and the 10K and Ellis parking lots
later today as they prioritize roads.  Maybe good to wait and let them
work.  Meanwhile I believe the Tram is open, will find out for sure in a
