Hi Barry,

>From the sound of it, roads that are used to get to work and home for most
people are being prioritized. The road to the Crest is mostly for
recreation, which will take a backseat to roads that get people to work,
home, and hospitals. At least this is how things were seen when I worked
for the USFS in Oregon.
