[NMCCSC] The Club needs your help- please read this email

This is a message to all club members who have loved the club's fall picnics
or those who would love to experience this great gathering.  

The club needs your help.  Specifically, the club needs someone who will
volunteer to organize the picnic this year.  That volunteer will have lots
of help since the past organizers have created a thorough how-to-do-it list
based years of experience, the list is actually not very long, and club
members regularly pitch in to help with assorted jobs like shopping.

The picnic will be in late September at a date as yet to be determined.

If you are interested in helping the club in this way and ensuring that we
have a picnic this year, please call or email me.
