[NMCCSC] Jan. 10 Beginners’ on the snow! Call for Instructors /assistants

Want to help grow our club and encourage the next bunch of new skiers? Sign up to be an instructor for our annual beginners’ day! 

Registration is open on the club website for Beginners’ on-the-snow Instruction Day, January 10.  We already have 11 students signed up. I expect more once I post the event on Meetup. Most years we need 5-6 instructors. Instructors are also requested to sign up on the website so I can keep track of numbers. We aim for small groups of 2-3 beginners per instructor. 

 If you haven’t volunteered as an instructor before, we can make you an “assistant” and pair you with an experienced instructor. We provide a “cheat sheet” of skills to cover. The most important thing is to communicate the joy of skiing!
