[NMCCSC] Report Switchback late PM Sat Feb1

Today hub Steve/I, encouraged by Amy's 'fluffy' Switchback report, went out
for a little late afternoon trail delight.

Lower Switchback *at this moment* is packed, not quite hard.  Snowshoe
tracks are surface, not impeding skiing. Pleasant, sides fluffy.  Nowhere
is it deep.

At the meadow we veered into the trees for some "E" (exploratory) and
turns, wended down an unknown marked trail to Ellis. Temp at 3pm 37F.  Bet
