[NMCCSC] Co-Instructor amended position description

Hi Everyone:  The Co-instructor position description has been amended


- Assist lead instructor in updating beginner's classroom instruction slides
- Assist lead instructor in scheduling beginner's classroom sessions, reserve library conference room for in-person instruction
- develop instructional materials and resource lists with lead instructor
- brainstorm/ generate ideas for instructional events and clinics with lead instructor
- coordinate ad hoc instructors with lead instructor to schedule outdoor events, avoiding conflicts with other cross country ski club events
- attend membership and board meetings when able especially if co-instructor lives outside of Albuquerque area
- develop clinic agenda ideas with lead instructor based on past instructional clinics and the present membership needs
- lead beginner and intermediate ski outings with lead instructor; recruit ad hoc instructors as needed
- Support integration of new members to the club especially those members new to cross-country skiing
