[NMCCSC] Fall Foliage Reports Please

Agreed, the map is totally confusing. It is intended to depict the Sandia
Nordic trail system as if you're looking up at the Crest. The north arrow
is small and hidden in the lower left hand corner I've met hikers and
bikers who were equally confused. Moreover, it does not match the other,
larger USFS maps at various kiosks. Map was made by a well-meaning and
knowledgeable FOSM member who serves as an unpaid USFS volunteer. Perhaps
it was intended to be temporary or used for winter only. Given the
popularity of this area and the multiple converging trails, a new map with
north pointing up would be much better. This would match apps such as
AllTrails and TrailForks.
