[NMCCSC] Second Reminder PICNIC!!!!!

For those of you who have already responded, pardon the intrusion.

But for those of you who have not..

 

 

This year our annual picnic is going to be held on September 13, 2026 at the
Locust picnic site in the Oak Flats Recreation area in the Manzano Mts. ,
highway 337. Beginning time is 4:00 p.m.

That is now a little less than a month away so it is time to start making
plans.

Do plan to attend, are you bringing a guest, do you want a hamburger, veggie
burger or a hot dog, and how many of each. 

Please let me know.  We cannot shop until you do. 

You can just respond to this email.        

 

Remember the club provides the hamburgers and hot dogs and soft drinks. Side
dishes as always are pot luck and wonderful and you are responsible for
bringing whatever alcoholic beverages you like to drink.

 

We will need help with shopping, cooking, setup and clean up so if you are
interested in helping with any of these tasks just let me know.

And we need at least one more portable gas grill, PLEASE.
