[NMCCSC] Call out for 3rd Refreshment Committee chairperson

Hello Everyone:

Summer is winding down, at least on the calendar.  The NMCCSC fall picnic is coming up on September 13th 4 pm to 6:30 pm at the Oak Flats Picnic Area (see NMCCSC website calendar for details).

The NMCCSC Board is now searching for a 3rd Refreshment chairperson in order to help out with refreshments during the monthly membership meetings held on the 2nd Thursday every month from October through March.

Responsibilities include: Shopping once a month for simple snacks (sweet, salty and fresh), cups, napkins, tea and bottled water.  Board has agreed that a less complex menu for the refreshment break going forward will allow the refreshment volunteers to attend the presentation and business meeting portions of the meeting.  Snack choice/menu is up to the Refreshment volunteers. Monthly allotted budget is $70.00. Monthly collaboration with Amy Mathis and Debbie Pierson organizing Refreshment tasks is required as one of the committee members may be unable to attend the meeting.
