[NMCCSC] Report- DbleEagle, King/Mtn, Etc 'Loop' Exploratory

Greetings- Today I wanted to find a route variation incorporating a
horizontal part of the ski area bike trail *King of the Mountain*.  Armed
with the *Gaia app* I started from 10K PL, south on *Double Eagle* (climbs,
kickers would be helpful), joined KOM and proceeded south across 6 downhill
runs (Careful!! Also, we need *leashes* there.) KOM turns up and starts
back north on Exhibition.  Then I caught Krause, Rocky Pt, down thru the
meadow- windswept but not too crusty- to 10K PL.  The snow is really good
right now, not icy under snowshoe tracks.  So with some bashing, an amount
of sidestepping (whew..), and Gaia, there's a loop, kindasorta, not too
connected yet.  Snow on the downhill was incredible- numbers of young folks
and also a telemarker enjoying the runs.  Bet
