[NMCCSC] Bob Potter Part II

A week or so ago when I put out an e mail giving a vague update on Bob Potter's situation, several people responded wanting to know his address.  I told folks that I had already provided all of the information that had been provided me.  But then I dug a little further. Here's the latest:

Bob was diagnosed two years ago with Alzheimer's Disease.  He is living in California where his two sisters help care for him.  I got the impression that he's not actually living with them, but I'm not at all certain.  Bob's address is :
8440 Edgecliff Court; Citrus Heights, California 95610.  

It is reported that Bob is non-verbal and walks with a shuflle.  He isn't able to do much in the way of self care, but his sister Nini reads his mail to him and she reports that he smiles.  He does recognize his sisters and his brother-in-law.  Bob's birthday is February 14.  He's now 82 years old. 

You might look at the Facebook page for Nini Potter Frank.  She said that she has put up some photos of Bob.  Nini provided me with her phone number and e mail address, but I hesitate to put that out for the entire group.  I'll store that information on my phone contact page for Bob.  If anyone has a true need-to-know reason for needing Nini's contact info, let me know.  Otherwise you could simply message Nini via Facebook. 


So, there ya go !  I encourage everyone who has been able to count Bob as a friend to contact him from time to time.  And don't forget his birthday !  I know I won't !
