Trip Report - Raven's / Heaven's 1-26-19 [short and sweet]
I tried to scare everyone off with my description, but 7 folks were on time and ready to ski at the trailhead [Kathi, Dana, Rob, Neil, Jim, Mark and myself]. Six folks even made it to the top of Heaven's, which is a record for this tour. The snow was dry sugar bowl powder, about 4"-8" deep. Pow-pow tree skiing doesn't get much better. A relatively wind-free day, except for the last hour. And we made it back before sunset. We skied both sides of Raven's, in addition to Heaven's 1X. Thanks to Neil for sharing his version of the descent down to the car. Hopefully others will remark with some of their photos.
