It's probably skiable up by Chama, but I'm not able to go this weekend. Cumbres pass snotel shows about a foot new.
Stacey and I skied Santa Fe downhill area 2 weeks ago and there was still plenty of snow, slushy though. If you want to practice up- and downhill technique it could be an option, although I don't know how much base is left. If you go out I would expect wet snow, spring conditions.
