HI,Langford Sports and Physical Therapy (in Albuquerque) is offering a free Ski and Snowboard Injury Prevention seminar at their facility October 22 from 5:30-7:00 pm. Seating is limited so register now if you are interested. I have not attended this previously so I can't comment on how well it suits our XC needs but am going to give it a try, couldn't 'hurt'!
