Club members - a correction to the newsletter (no fault of Dean's!): my "How to Ski Uphill" presentation at REI is actually on Jan 23, not Dec 23. It was posted incorrectly on the REI website, but it's been corrected now. I don't think we'd have had a big turnout two days before Christmas. :-)

For those who dream of sweeping glaciers and flaky croissants (and let's be honest, who doesn't?), I'll also be giving a slideshow on Feb 6 about my Haute Route trip. (This is the same presentation I did for the club back in the fall of 2012.) Hope to see some of you there!
