I would reiterate what Bob says here. We arrived at 10:30 and did Switchback, down the top service road, crossed the frozen tundra of the meadow onto Gravel Pit then returned on Rocky point. It needs some fresh snow but was a beautiful ski, nonetheless.

HI all,
I was out on the Crest trails today. We got there about 9:30, parking at the top-windy and 19 degrees. Skied Survey, Switchback, Rocky Point and then TR130 back to the parking lot. It was skiable the entire route with conditions hard packed. Not icy but you certainly do not need glide wax. A few uphill spots were slick and took a bit of effort to get up, but not bad-all in all a pretty good time, but some new snow fall would be great. RoadĀ up was fine, and not too many people out.
