Bet Gendron found a great map online. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate it. I’m copying her this note in hopes that she will respond to you and turn you on to it.
I assume the Crest Trail is in the Sandias? I am in Taos and would be grateful for a map depicting all the trails or someway of identifying the areas discussed - any advice?thanks!MARIEL TENNISONOn Fri, Jan 31, 2020 at 2:00 PM Bob Guarnieri via NMCCSCeGroup <nmccscegroup@mailman.swcp.com> wrote:HI all,_______________________________________________I was out on the Crest trails today. We got there about 9:30, parking at the top-windy and 19 degrees. Skied Survey, Switchback, Rocky Point and then TR130 back to the parking lot. It was skiable the entire route with conditions hard packed. Not icy but you certainly do not need glide wax. A few uphill spots were slick and took a bit of effort to get up, but not bad-all in all a pretty good time, but some new snow fall would be great. Road up was fine, and not too many people out.Bob G.
