Hi fellow skiers,

Many of us are so excited about going to Pagosa Springs on 2/21-2/24 (or 2/23) to ski, soak in hot springs and just galavant around town. We will be staying at the Quality Inn Pagosa, which is across the street from the Hot Springs Resort.

Saturday morning a few ski members are looking forward to taking people out on a Class 1 & Class 2 ski trips.  It will be a chance for beginners to practice their new found skills on some gradual hills and for the more long distance skiers to see some great views.

For Class 1 skiers that are more comfortable with flat groomed tracks there are multiple Nordic areas to choose from.

For the more adventurous skier there is always Wolf Creek ski area, Lobo OverLook and suggestions from Bill White. I am sure he knows trails that will knock your socks off.

Here is a list of skiing options I found on the web:

There will be a group of us meeting before we go to review snow conditions and possible class 1, 2 & 3 trails to ski.

If you are interested in joining us please email David D'Antonio by next Wednesday, Febuary 5th. lbghose@aol.com
