Sorry but since there's been little response (only a couple people) and information from Sam Beard shows it to NOT be a good choice for skiing with logging there.......

Sam will be announcing a Class 1 outing that same day in the Valles Caldera and I WILL OFFER A CLASS 2 OUTING for those interested, similar to the one done last week (read Sam's trip report sent a few days ago) or some variation of it

Those who want to go farther than Sam's outing but not the full extent of my outing (approx 7 or 8 miles) to South Mt can easily turn around and ski back sooner or ski in more flat/ gentle sections nearby.

Follow Sam's listing for where and what time we will meet this Saturday and group together for carpooling.
