The Northern Virginia Model Yacht Club has graciously agreed to host the 2019 RG65 NCR at their pond in Reston, VA. Owing to the short notice, the fleet will be limited to 20 boats registered on a first come, first served based. Practice after noon on 3 May and competition on 4 May and 5 May.
