[Volunteers_fosm] Cancelling the Trails Project for April 11

Cancelling today's trails project due to the weather. The weather wins 
again.

It's snowing right now, windy, 30mph, and 32 degrees.  Sounds like a fun 
day?

We'll try it again.

I'll be at the FOSM shed to catch anyone who doesn't get this.
