I wanted to let you know ( a little late) the District has implemented several seasonal road closures  to protect the Forest roads from further resource damage during the winter weather season .   The Forest Service Road 252, 542, 13, 12 and 462 have been closed.

The CIenega Picnic Area gate has been closed from the bottom at Sulphur to the Horse By Pass parking area for the season.

Pine Flat Picnic Area parking area/gate has also been closed till the parking area dries out.
