[Volunteers_fosm] Paint tasks on Tues., May 25

Hello Everyone,

We will work on the following tasks tomorrow, Tuesday, May 25:


  1.  Return to Doc Long PA and repaint the beams with brown paint where the rain was washed off.
  2.  Repair the kiosk with a board so that the vertical 2x6 boards can be secured and paint the new board.
  3.  Check the Balsam Glade shelter to see if we need to paint the lower beams.
  4.  Paint the benches at the Bird Log with Cabot’s natural color wood preservative. Graffiti has been carved in one of the benches.

Meet at 8 a.m. at the FOSM Guard Station behind the Ranger Station.

Wear paint clothes with long sleeve and long pants. Bring lunch, snacks, and drinks. Tools and paint will be provided.
