[Volunteers_fosm] trail work Mon.10/11/2021

​On Mon. 10/11 the FOSM Mon Trail Crew hiked Cienega TR to its connection with Pino Tr and continued down Pino for1/4+ mi.  then locating and removing a previously reported 5" tree partially obstructing the trail. While returning to Cienaga Tr., several small hang ups were also removed.  On the way down Cienega, a 12", 14" and 5" that were partially obstructing the trail were removed one of which include an old reroute that was obliterated. One more 4" hang up and large and menacing "widow maker" were also removed. We would not claim that Cienega has been "rehabilitated" but at the end of the day ,it felt like a good start had begun. Beautiful fall color all the way. The crew included Silke Bletzer,  Cleve Sharp, Dave McCreery and Byron Garner
