[Volunteers_fosm] Postpone felling hazard trees due to wind

Hello Volunteers,

Julie Padilla, SRD Recreation Staff Officer, requested that FOSM not fell hazard trees on Wednesday, tomorrow, due to the
high winds that are forecast.

We will plan to fell hazard trees on Thursday, April 14, if the forecast winds are not too high.
