[Volunteers_fosm] Reminder -- Monday Project to remove 10K S Trail trees

Hello Everyone,

The FOSM “Wed.” crew will be removing trees from 10K S Trail with chain saws on Monday, Jan. 31.

Note that storms are forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday.

Hello Everyone,

On Monday, January 31, the chain saw crew will be removing down trees on 10K South Trail. Later in the week colder weather and a storm are forecast. Reports indicate that 14 trees are down on this trail.

We will be following Byron Garner’s crew who will be removing small trees and limbs on the same trail on Monday.

Meet at 9 am at the FOSM Guard Station.

Wear warm clothes and boots. Bring snowshoes, ski poles, lunch, drinks, snacks, warm work gloves, hard hat, and eye and ear protection.
