[Volunteers_fosm] FOSM project to cut brush in SPA traffic island, Wed., Oct. 12

Hello Everyone,

On Wednesday, Oct. 12, FOSM volunteers will cut brush in the traffic island at the Capulin Snow Play Area so that the SRD employees will have a place to put the snow when they plow the parking lots.

Sawyers will use small chain saws, and others will use both FOSM power brush cutters. We also need volunteers to rake the cut brush onto the pavement for Manny’s crew to remove.

Meet at 8 am at the FOSM Guard Station behind the ranger station.

Wear long pants, a long sleeve shirt, and boots with slip resistant soles. Bring a hard hat, work gloves, snacks, lunch, and drinks.
