[Volunteers_fosm] FOSM and Several Members Recognized by Sandia Ranger District

Yesterday was a wonderful event. Congratulations to FOSM members who
received awards!

My condolences to everyone for the loss of Bob. I met him on a number of
occasions. I regret I never worked alongside him.
