[Volunteers_fosm] No Wed. Project on April 19.

Hello Everyone,

We will not have a FOSM project on Wed., April 26.

When I contacted Antonio about closing Sulphur PA on Wednesday, I learned that the Forest Service requires a week notice a close a picnic area.
