[Volunteers_fosm] Loading and hauling slash on ground in Doc Long PA, Wed., Nov. 1

Hello Everyone,

On Wednesday, November 1, FOSM volunteers will load brush lying on the ground near the entrance to Doc Long PA on a USFS truck and trailer. SRD personnel will take the brush to the Tijeras Transfer Station. The SRD employees will meet us at 8:30 am at the FOSM Guard Station.

If we have time, we will also load and haul a large pile of cut branches in Sulphur Canyon PA.

Meet at 8:30 am at the FOSM Guard Station. Wear sturdy boots with slip-resistant soles, long pants, and a long-sleeve shirt. Bring work gloves, hard hat, eye and ear protection, lunch, snacks, drinks, and a jacket for cool morning temperatures.

Note the later meeting time of 8:30 am.
