[Volunteers_fosm] Call for FOSM Individual Volunteer Hours!

All FOSM Volunteers:

As you know, the District staff is no longer collecting & tracking our
hours.
Amanda, Acting District Ranger, now expects us to do so.
She doesn't care how we do it, and doesn't have a template for us to use...
'Just Do It'.
So Silke Bletzer created master spreadsheet, and Rav Nicholson has
graciously agreed to enter your hours.

This is a request for your individual volunteer hours since the start of
the Forest Service Fiscal Year... Oct 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024.
*The weekly crew leaders(Bob, Sam, Laura) have already provided their crew
hours, so if you signed an attendance sheet, those hours are covered.*
Basically, report any and all individual time spent in a FOSM activity
which pertains to the District.
The following are some thought starters, and not meant to be a
comprehensive list:

Do report:

   - any hours serving the District while acting on your own or with
   companions. This may also include any work done following a weekly crew.
   - any hikes with findings or work done which was reported to CTR.
   - any training hours, such as sawyer certifications or medical classes.
   - any upkeep hours, such as physical inventory, organizing the Guard
   Station, purchasing supplies, tool maintenance.
   - any administrative hours, such as the website, archives, meetings,
   project reports, Treasurer reports.
   - any hours to plan or work the Snowshoe Classic.
   - any Adopt-A-Trail or Adopt-A-Drop hours. (Dan Benton is the
   Coordinator)
   - *and be sure to include any travel time both ways.*



Do not report:

   - *any hours where you were a part of a weekly crew and entered your
   name on a sign-in sheet, as those hours are tracked separately.*
   - any Adopt-A-Highway clean-up hours, as this is an arrangement with
   NMDOT.
   - any Sandia Crest Historic Sign hours at the new roundabout, as this is
   an arrangement with NMDOT.
   - any wildlife drinker hours for Bernalillo County.


*For this catch-up exercise, we just need a list of dates and your hours,
no task description.*
