[Volunteers_fosm] Lower Pine Reroutes - Complete

Canyon - What a joy and privilege it is to work with you, Jen, and the SRD
staff on this fun and meaningful project. Lower Pine is basically a new
trail with superlative comments so far. One of my friends liked it so much,
after riding down he rode up again and did it twice!
