[Volunteers_fosm] Blue Diamonds installed on Ellis Trail

Yesterday Luis Cuadros and I spent a full day installing blue diamonds on
the Ellis Trail.
It is now ready for snowshoers and X-C skiers!
Let's hope for a bumper snow season(maybe starting later this week).
