A word of explanation: some weeks ago, I discovered a problem with how messages coming via our two mailing lists are displayed in Outlook clients. In working with Microsoft and Southwest Cyber Port (SWCP) to fix that problem, I managed to mess up the formatting of some messages for everyone. My bad. We’ll put things back as they were.
