[Volunteers_fosm] Report of felling hazard trees in Capulin Picnic Area, Wed., Aug. 19

Sam, have you observed or heard of any public wood permits in fact being
sold by SRD in Cienega or Capulin where your crew has felled and bucked
hazard trees?  I am curious to know if the intent is being met?
