This is a pretty big deal for the Sandia District, as Manny has been a huge
part of the spirit and character of this district for many years.  At his
request, we are having the party in La Huertas Canyon Picnic Area (one of
his favorite places) on the afternoon of July 30th. Hope folks are able to
make it!
