[Volunteers_fosm] No FOSM project on Wednesday, Mar. 11

Hello Everyone,

We will not have a FOSM project on Wednesday, March 11.

Chuck Logan and I had planned to replace a broken 2x8 board in the Roundabout Scenic Byway sign, but it was necessary to postpone this project.

Thank you for your support of the many FOSM projects.
