[Volunteers_fosm] FOSM Project to paint signs, Tuesday, March 24

Hello Everyone,

On Tuesday, March 24, FOSM volunteers will continue painting USFS signs south of the Ranger Station.

The first task is to complete painting the north side of the large Cibola National Forest boundary sign at the intersection of Oak Flat Road and NM-137. Parts of this sign were painted last Tuesday, and now we will paint the letters and the background around the letters.

The second task is to put two coats of paint on the new wooden boards installed on the back side of the northern-most sign on the west side of the highway.

The third task is to paint two small sign boards at Cedro Group Campground on FR-252 near the road that leads up to the fire lookout tower.

Meet at the FOSM Guard Station at 9 am on Tuesday, March 24. Wear paint clothes and bring snacks, lunch, and drinks. Paint and brushes will be provided.

Wear long pants, a long sleeve shirt, boots with slip resistant soles.
