[Volunteers_fosm] FOSM Board Election Ballot

 To all FOSM members:
Attached you will find the election ballot for FOSM board officers and at-large members to serve from Oct 7, 2026 - Oct 4, 2027. The candidates have been nominated for these positions by the nominating committee in accordance with Section 5.4.3 of the FOSM bylaws.
Ken Sexe is a new candidate and represents the Tijeras Pueblo Archaeological Site and Museum; his biography is attached. All other at-large candidates are incumbents, and their bios are available on the FOSM website.
Chuck Logan is a new candidate for president. All other officer candidates are incumbents; their bios are also available on the website. Since Chuck is currently out of town, he was unable to supply a bio to attach, but his full bio will be available on the website should he be elected. In the meantime, many of you know Chuck or are familiar with his name and his work from the reports on Volunteers FOSM. Since joining FOSM he has become a mainstay on the Wednesday General Projects crew and is a frequent partner of Sam Beard on special projects.
We appreciate the contributions of all board members who step down at the end of each year. This year Mike Madden will step down after serving as president for six years, and Sim Cook will step down from his at-large position after also serving for six years. Many thanks to both!
Please note that this online election will be a vote by acquiescence: Not voting will be considered a vote FOR all candidates on the ballot. Please view the ballot for instructions if you have a write-in candidate.
