The classic "Sandia Mountain Hiking Guide" has been completely updated with color photographs, up-to-date trail descriptions, detailed maps, additional GPS data and modified difficulty ratings for many of the featured hikes. Mike Coltrin is a physical chemist by training, and retired two years ago after a long career at Sandia National Labs. He has enjoyed hiking in the Sandia Mountains for more than 35 years, and is on the FOSM Board of Directors.
