[Hhsband] Friday football volunteers

Thank you to all of you who have volunteered (so far I have 5 folks) to 
help get equipment on and off the field.  We will between 11-12 
volunteers.  I'd like to ask Freshman families to come out and help the 
band, Its fun and you get to wear a bright orange or yellow vest.

Mike G has stated that there are new rules about volunteer parking etc. 
We also need to give you an overview of what to do to help.

So if you are planning to help with gear on the field, *please come to 
the PAC when your student is dropped off. Ms G tells me that is 4:45.  
We will have an adult volunteer meeting near the band truck at around 
5pm.  Mike G will be there to go over the plan and the new rules.*
