[Neighbors] The lot in front of the apartments

Hello all, 

I'm thinking someone out there will know ~ 

What are
the plans (if any) for the dirt lot that now sits "in front" of the much
contested apartments on Aliso and Grand? 

I think I have the cross
streets correct ~ the apartments are now up (and, thankfully, getting
residents), and there's a lot of dirt next to the 7-11. 

Little park?
Library hub? ???????
