Gary and Board of Directors:

I completely echo what Van Eldredge said. In order for us to revive and
maintain a sustainable Nob Hill we need to support all local businesses and
adapt according to the fresh new trend that Nob Hill seems to be going.
Tractor Brewery has been a long time Nob Hill community supporter. The
owners work tirelessly to help drive business into Nob Hill and also help
with outreach within communities. Skye, one of the owners at Tractor has
dedicated her time and support to the Nob Hill Mainstreet projects. I know
this request will not be mishandled and I trust the owners. I completely
support their request and look forward to the 'new' aspects Tractor will
bring!

Thank you for taking the time out to read this email.

Regards,
Sharmin
