[Neighbors] Auto Theft Prevention

Hi neighbors,

APD is giving us a heads up that they are seeing more auto thefts in the
mornings when people start their cars and leave them running to warm up.

To help prevent these, avoid running your engine without being present at
the car, and avoid keeping any items in the car that could attract a break
in.
